How Lie Detector Test Works?🤔🤔

Guys, Do you know what the lie detector test is called?

Polygraph work by using sensors to record blood pressure, heart rate, rate of respiration and skin sweating. The theory is that questioned answered truthfully can be distinguished from lies based on changes in the body. let's take an example, an increased blood pressure or heart rate would indicate a lie. The procedure beings with a pre-test interview, in this some questions with known answered are asked to check how the person reacts. This gives some basic data. Now the actual questions are asked and changes in the body are recorded through which whether the given answer is true or false is interpreted. The polygraph test is generally not accepted by the scientific community and the National Research Center has found no evidence of their effectiveness. Changes in the body can be controlled like, by thinking about something scary or by touching a sharp object. The test is also almost no use against practised liars since they know how to hide things.
